Polyurethane Insulated Containers
Wall panel : 40 mm thick polyurethane foam insulation with a density of 40 kg/m³ injected in between 0,50 mm outer and 0,40mm inner galvanized steel sheet.
Floor covering : PVC roll over 16 mm thick non combustible fibercement board wet areas 20x20 ceramic tile. Insulation (optional) is provided by “0,50 mm thick natural galvanized trapezoidal sectioned metal sheet over the construction with horizontal profiles + 20 mm thick expanded polystyrene foam (10/12 kg/m³) + 16 mm thick non combustible fibercement board, for wet areas 20x20 ceramic tiles.
Ceiling cover : PVC panel
Roofing : Construction is made from U shaped outer frame and bearing box profiles. Discharging of the rain water will be provided by 4 corner columns. Roofing material is 27 mm x 200 mm roll depth, 0,50 mm thick unpainted galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet. Insulation material is 80 mm glass wool with a density of 14 kg/m³.
All materials are certificated by TSE.If required polyurethane insulated containers can be manufactured as in de-mountable form.
