Dormitory Buildings
Prefabricated dormitory buildings can be designed as any plan in multiplication of 100-125 cm panels in width and lenght. They can be build up from the modulation of 4 different panels for which the dimensions are 1000/1250 mm *2500/3000 mm in one or mutiple storey type.
The buildings are demountable, very easy to dismantle and re-erect for several times. Statical and architectural datas for prefabricated dormitory buildings are calculated by the technical department by SAP 2000, X-Steel , Strucad and Autocad programmes regarding the snow load, wind load, seismis datas, climate conditions of the construction erection area.
Our standard production manner of prefabricated dormitory buildings is in accordance with the 3 th climate zone. Standard datas for buildings are :
snow load :80 kg/m²
wind load:102 km/hour
eff. ground acceleration coefficient:A0=0.40 (1 st degree seismic zone)
