Container
The frame of the container is made from high quality galvanized structure steel by using 100% unwelded structure system and exterior surface made from film covered painted galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet. Since the containers body is demountable, any part can be replaced easily if damaged. Black, DKP steel sheet and welding is not used in any production stage. Interior surface and ceiling covering in standard is PVC panelling, if required fibercement lam can be used, if requested. Wall insulation is provided by 50mm thick expanded polystren foam(16kg/m³) with class B1 fire resistancy. Roof insulation is provided by 80mm matress glasswool (14kg/m³). Floor system and covering is made from 2.5mm thick PVC roll over 15-16mm thick noncombustible fibercement board. |
